2. Attempted larceny;

A. On September 9, 2015, around 04:37, the Defendant: (a) left home on the street in front of a mutually cafeteria located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and opened a driver’s seat in which the victim’s D (67 years of age and south) was parked and the management of which was neglected; (b) opened a string door that was parked in another place; and (c) opened the inside, and colors the money and valuables to be stolen by printing the inside, but did not have any cash, etc., and did not commit an attempted act.
