On 01:32 on 28, 2015, the Defendant driven C-owned DNA vehicles in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of about 3 meters from the upper 593-23 heading in front of the Sungpo-dong 593-23 heading from the Sungpo-dong, Sungpo-dong 593-23 heading the same 593-23 heading to the Sungpo-dong parking lot.
