A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
On August 24, 2013, the Defendant: (i) was a person engaged in driving 40 vehicles; (ii) was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.080% on blood; and (iii) was driving on a two-lane road near Gyeonggi-gun on the 00-day side from the 00-day side to the 60-distance side; (iv) the Defendant was under the duty of care to thoroughly remove the damages to the upper right side of the said vehicle to prevent the accident by driving the said vehicle from driving 9-day off the said vehicle, and then, (iv) the Defendant was under the influence of driving 5-day off the said vehicle from the 9-day side to the 9-day side of the said vehicle; (v) the Defendant was under the duty of care to prevent the accident from driving the said vehicle from driving the said vehicle by driving the said 9-day off the said 9-day off-lane side by driving the said vehicle to the lower right side of the said 9-day off-lane.
