No person shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

Nevertheless, on October 2012, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with B to register No. 2214 in the name of the Defendant, which was to be purchased by B, and accordingly, completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above building under the name of the Defendant, the title trustee.
