Any person who intends to operate real estate brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office.

Nevertheless, on December 24, 2012, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office in the C office located in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun on December 24, 2012, assisted the sale of 2138 square meters of forest land Franchi-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, G, and received 2,500,000 won from H, an agent of the seller, as the brokerage commission.

Accordingly, the defendant carried on real estate brokerage business without registering the establishment of the brokerage office.
