1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a company established for the purpose of running a financial investment business, such as investment trading business, investment brokerage business, collective investment business, investment advisory business, discretionary investment business, and trust business. On July 31, 2012, the Plaintiff is a person who opened a securities account (Account Number C; hereinafter “First Account”) at the Defendant’s female branch office on March 14, 2013, and a securities account (Account Number D; hereinafter “Second Account”) at the Defendant’s female branch office on March 14, 2013.
B. When the Plaintiff applied for the opening of an account, the Plaintiff entered and submitted the “ordinary investor information confirmation” as follows:
