A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion by force) discovered the victim D (the age of 26) who walked at a place in front of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment at around 00:0 and followed the victim.
The Defendant, at the entrance of the 104-dong apartment, divided the front door password, opened an automatic door, followed the victim entering a corridor into the 1st floor, intruded on the above apartment, in which the victim, etc. resides, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who attempted to confirm the mail, by her her son, with his son’s son, and attempted to flee.

2. Before February 2014 to March 3, 2014, the Defendant stolen the keys of the entrance entrance door owned by the victim F (the 25 years old), which was kept in the front of the front door of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E apartment house, in front of the front door of the front door.
3. Intrusion upon residence;

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.
