1. From 20,240,000 won to 20,000 won, the Defendant shall each month from December 1, 2016 to the completion date of delivery of the buildings listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. Although the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, has to pay monthly rent, including value-added tax, in accordance with a lease agreement concluded with the Plaintiff (22,00,000 won for lease deposit, KRW 22,200,00 for a month of rent (excluding value-added tax), and from April 1, 2016 to 24 months from April 30, 2016), the Defendant has not paid the monthly rent from November 30, 201 to December 1, 2016.
