1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 205,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 8, 2014, transferred the claim amounting to KRW 250 million against B from May 2, 2014, and the Defendant consented to the assignment of the above claim on the same day. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at the rate of KRW 250 million per annum 20 million from March 1, 2015, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, to the day of complete payment.
