However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:00 on February 5, 2015, 2015, sent to D on the street near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) 1.50 grams of marijuana from D; and (c) 20:30 on the same day, she se the said marijuana to E in the same place at around 20:30,000 won; and (d) received from E in return 1,00,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.

2. On March 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 18:00 on March 1, 2015, 2015, (b) 100,000 won received from D from D in G warehouses located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan; (c) 1.50 grams of marijuana from D; (d) 19:0 on the same day, the Defendant dried the said marijuana to E in the vicinity of the 877 East-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.

3. The Defendant committed on March 25, 2015: (a) around 19:00 on March 25, 2015, 1.5 million won to D on the street in front of the G referred to in paragraph (2); (b) 1.5 million won to D; (c) 225g of marijuana from D; (d) around 20:0 on the same day, he she dried the said marijuana to E on the alley-ro near the alley-ro 57-ro 10, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan; and (e) received 1.5 million won in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.
