The defendant is the kind of the victim C (the 12-year old age), and there has been no special income since there has been no special occupation for several years, and the defendant's husband's living expenses were in an economically difficult situation due to the lack of proper living expenses. On December 2, 2013, the defendant was willing to commit suicide with the victim, but he was unable to properly look at the victim who was her husband when she committed suicide. Therefore, I thought that it would be better to commit suicide together with the victim and the victim of the next year, and tried to commit suicide with the victim by smoking in the room with the exemption of the victim and stopping it.

Since then on the same day, the defendant confirmed that the victim 23:00 was suffering from drinking water exemption, and then affixed the glass tape prepared in advance to the window crepans and prevented shot gas from shoting, and then shot gas purchased within four shots, and then affixed the following seals from around that time by allowing the victim to shot off the smoke.

1.6. From 23:00 to 23:0, the victim died of the victim due to low-carbon poisoning.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
