2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

Purport of claim and appeal

A. At around 11:30 on July 7, 2012, 2012, staff B of the Republic of Korea: (a) driven a motor boat that D had connected D’s shot water skiing from the North Korean River near the Southern-si, Namyang-si, and entered the E-line; (b) employees of the E-line F used a motor boat that connect D’s plash to the upper left left side of the said motor boat while neglecting the front line; and (c) as a result, D suffered liver heats without any address open for about 8 weeks of treatment.

(hereinafter referred to as the "accident of this case")

From July 7, 2012 to December 28, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) provided D with medical care at H Hospital, Hanyang University Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital, etc., which is a medical care institution; and (b) paid 12,204,110 won in total to a medical care institution on 12 occasions; and (c) paid D 1,252,60 won in the amount of 1,255,200 won in the amount of 12,200 won in the amount of her ex post facto reimbursement to D on 8 May 2015; and (d) during the treatment period, D paid 4,255,200 won in the principal amount to a medical care institution.

C. Meanwhile, D asserted that, due to the instant accident, KRW 4,255,200, including the payment to the medical care institution, as stated in the separate sheet, was the total medical expenses of KRW 5,559,730, as well as the payment of KRW 5,559,730, as stated in the separate sheet, and that at the time D brought a lawsuit, D was unable to receive the ex post facto repayment from the Plaintiff, and

On March 14, 2014, the Defendant, the insurance company of F, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and the instant perpetrator, etc. filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for damages with the Seoul Central District Court 2013Gadan10107, the said court decided to grant D the full amount of the above medical expenses and the daily income of KRW 15,137,835, nursing expenses, KRW 1,885,00, KRW 3,000, KRW 25,582,565.
