On November 22, 2013, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.076% of alcohol level 0% from the street in front of the Busan Northern-gu Busan Northern-dong to the Maternal Doctrine of the same Doctrine (0.076).
