1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,629,70 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from March 11, 2017 to March 22, 2018.

Reasons

1. Details of ruling;

(a) Project approval and public notice - Project name: B housing redevelopment rearrangement project - Project operator: Defendant - A public notice of project approval: Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 24, 2009;

B. The adjudication of expropriation made on January 20, 2017 by the local land expropriation committee of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City: ① the Plaintiff’s ownership ① 12 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), ② the above E large 5 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); ② the instant land; ② the expropriation commencement date of expropriation of all obstacles, such as building on the instant D ground (hereinafter “instant obstacles”): Compensation for losses on March 10, 2017: Total sum of each of the instant land: KRW 421,246,00 (= the instant land: 15,750,000; 2) the aggregate of the instant land obstacles, 152,88,480 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); 152,480,480 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); and 2) the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Land Appraisal Corporation (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Land Appraisal Corporation”) and 15,750,000,000 won (the instant land: 15,7500,000 square meters).

C. Determination by the Central Land Expropriation Committee on July 20, 2017 – Compensation for losses: Total amount of KRW 427,734,300 in each of the instant lands (i) the instant lands: KRW 411,896,800 (2) the instant land; KRW 152,808,480 in total of the obstacles of the instant land; KRW 152,808,480 in total of the obstacles of the instant land (the instant portion of each of the instant land is increased compared to the adjudication of expropriation; the instant portion of the obstacles is the same as the adjudication of expropriation); (ii) the Land Appraisal Corporation by Jeju; (iii) the Land Appraisal Corporation by Jeju; and (iv) the comparison standard land: all of the said two appraisal corporations: Selection of the F pursuant to the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Selection of KRW 175 square meters [The status of use, specific use area: Class 1 general residential area, road traffic: volume 1; volume 2, shape 5, and degree of pleadings]
