On January 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud and a crime of violating the Labor Standards Act in Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the enforcement of the above punishment on October 8, 2009.

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, without registering with the competent authority, carried out a motor vehicle transaction business in the middle of April 2012, from around the end of May 2012 to around the end of May 2012, “C” in the Hong-gun Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

2. On May 17, 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “E” in the name column of the former owner of the application for registration of vehicle moving to DK7 car using a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising it in the cross-defluence in the name column of the Hongsung-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) stated “G” in the column for the place of use “F of the window in Chang-si, Chang-do and the resident (corporation) registration number column; and (c) stated “E” in the name column of the transferor (title) name of the certificate of vehicle transfer to the said car; and (d) affixed the seal imprint certificate of the E company E, a private document related to rights and duties, affixed the application for registration of vehicle moving to the name of the E company, which is a private document, to the place of use; and (c) signed the certificate of vehicle transfer to the address column.

3. Around May 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted an application for registration of vehicle transfer; and (b) a certificate of vehicle transfer to the staff of the general civil petition office H who is unaware of the fact that it was a document duly formed at the Hongsung-gun Office located in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, 98, as seen in the foregoing 2.
