A. Defendant A’s real estate listed in the attached Form 1 list;

B. Defendant B shall be listed in the attached Table 2.

A. On April 4, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A with the terms of KRW 10,823,000, monthly rent of KRW 138,350 for the lease deposit from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016.

B. On December 2, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with Defendant B, with the terms of KRW 11,08,000, monthly rent of KRW 202,250, from December 1, 2010 to November 30, 2012.

C. Defendant A defaulted on the rent and management expenses of KRW 594,490 in total from April 2014 to August 2014, and Defendant B defaulted on the rent and management expenses of KRW 1,123,10 in total from May 2014 to August 2014 and concluded a renewal contract on June 30, 2014.

The plaintiff has terminated the lease contract with the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case due to the failure to pay the fees for at least three years of the defendants, and seek the delivery of the building.
