1. The part (i) on a ship which connects each point of which is indicated in the annexed drawing No. 1, 2, 7, 8, and 1 in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, 18095 square meters.
The decision of recommending reconciliation was finalized against other co-owners, such as the location of the land in this case, land taxes, size, accessibility, and the ratio of shares of the original and the Defendant. In particular, if the land is partitioned as prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Article, the economic value among each divided land may be balanced among the original and the Defendant, and it is reasonable to divide the land in kind as prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Article.
The land of this case is divided as above, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
