1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 175,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on April 22, 2004, guaranteed a joint and several surety for the defendant's loan obligation to the Korea-Nam Mutual Savings Bank at the time when the defendant received a loan of KRW 170,00,000 from the Korea-Nam Mutual Savings Bank. Since the plaintiff's failure to repay the above loan obligation on October 28, 2004, on behalf of the defendant, the plaintiff paid the principal of the loan of KRW 170,000,000, interest of KRW 3,963,679, total of KRW 175,03,679 (one million,00,000, KRW 3,963,679, KRW 1,000, KRW 50,000, total of all the loan principal, and damages for delay, the plaintiff shall be paid to the defendant.
