When there is no particular income, the Defendant needed living expenses and gambling funds, etc., the Defendant was willing to steal the cash of customers in the PC room.

1. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the “CPC bank” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongjak-gu, Seoul on May 24, 2019, the Defendant: (b) took 30,000 won in cash inside the walled by the victim D, who was a customer, with a cresh in a locking place; and (c) stolen it.

2. On May 26, 2019, the Defendant, at around 13:31, at “FPC room” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, stolen the Defendant’s 190,000 won in cash on the wall in the victim’s wall where the victim G, who was a customer, was placed on the computer, by putting the victim’s wall up and locking the door.

3. At around 19:07 on the same day, the Defendant, at around 19:07 on the same day, stolen 50,000 won in cash on a wall owned by a victim who was located on his/her computer, by setting a lock by the victim H, who is a customer, with the cresh of the lock and locking the door.

4. On May 27, 2019, at around 04:21, the Defendant: (a) stolen a victim’s cash 40,000 won owned by the victim, who was placed on his/her computer table, using a cresh in which the victim I expect as a customer would be locked.
