A. From around 04:00 on December 7, 2015 to around 05:00 to around 05:00, the Defendant entered the said scamba with the intent of stealinging money from customers to the “D Mana” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

The key of the defendant's escape room, which was held in advance by the victim E, after intrusion into the escape room, was stored in the custody of the victim E, was cut off by inserting the key of the defendant's escape room between the crepits used by the above victim and opening a door so long, with cash 260,000 won from the victim's possession located in the place, and then, by March 5, 2016, it was stolen by intrusion into the victim's escape room at night, such as in the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 8,121,00 won, and 34 times more than the total amount of 8,121,00 won.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property owned by the victim 34 times.

B. From around 11:00 on December 27, 2015 to around 11:50, the Defendant: (a) kept cash, etc. in the Southern-gu Incheon Southern-gu’s “G Sylebna” male escape room; and (b) opened a door by means of inserting the key of the Defendant’s escape room in the custody of the said victim between the crepits in the custody of the said victim and cutting it so long; and (c) opened a door by means of cutting it into the crepits in the custody of the said victim; and (d) up to June 18, 2016, the Defendant took cash amounting to KRW 150,000, including KRW 150,000,000, including KRW 150,000, including KRW 50,000,000 from February 18, 2016.

This is the defendant's property owned by the victim.
