1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 61,58,683 and KRW 48,00,00 among them, 15% per annum from August 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. On March 6, 2012, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 48 million to the Defendant as of February 10, 2014.
From December 1, 2013, the Defendant lost the fixed-term interest due to overdue interest from December 1, 2013, and the agreed interest rate is 17% per annum until February 24, 2015 and 15% per annum from the following day.
As of August 2, 2015, the remaining principal and interest and the provisional payment are KRW 61,558,683 in total ( principal KRW 48 million, interest 13,190,924, provisional payment KRW 367,759).

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the principal and interest remaining and the provisional payment of KRW 61,558,683 and the principal of KRW 48 million with interest calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
