A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 6, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force, such as: (a) having been under the influence of alcohol, 529 and 4 times in front of the exit of the Defendant: (b) in front of the exit of 529 and the JNF Haak-si, driven by the victim C while driving at the back seat of the Plaintiff; (c) having continued to sit without the victim C’s destination; and (d) having demanded the victim who tried to continue the operation of the business to “to allow another taxi to use other taxi, leaving the outside,” but rather, the Defendant did not get off the said taxi for about 20 minutes, and thereby obstructing the victim’s taxi business by force.
2. The Defendant, during the period of massping around 23:50 on September 6, 2017, arrested within the police station F District for the inside of the Gu E, and prepared investigation documents, such as the arrest of flagrant offenders, to the victim G, who “picker is a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and a public official’s life feel as a bitch bitch.
Rner continued to have his/her desire, such as “the death of internal organs,” and openly insulting the victim while the above C et al. hear.
