The defendant is a person who is engaged in the service of operating a cruise car.

At around 16:00 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at a creative distance located in 16, Yan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and proceeded at a speed of about 74.5 km per hour at a speed of about 74.5 km from the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside-face Myeon-do.

It is an intersection where a yellow on-and-off signal is installed and the passage of vehicles is frequent. S. car, which was proceeding from the side of the road to the yellow road, with the safety signs indicating the right-hand turn while driving at a speed exceeding approximately 14.5cm by speed of 14.5cc per hour before entering the intersection, and driving at the right-hand side of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from a serious injury due to an unexplosion in the treatment days due to the above occupational negligence by the victim.
