1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 45,477,840 and Defendant B Co., Ltd. from March 14, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. In accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal, the part claiming for the payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2019 to Defendant B, among the claims filed against the original intent, is dismissed.
However, the litigation costs shall be borne by all Defendant B by applying the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
