The reasoning for the court's explanation on this case is as follows: (a) the part between the Plaintiff's permanent residence right of the court of first instance and the Plaintiff's permanent residence right of the U.S. for business in the U.S. is deemed to have been acquired; (b) the primary motive for the contract of this case appears to have existed in the Plaintiff, since it was the Plaintiff's permanent residence right of the U.S. for business in the U.S.; and (c) the part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding "any remarkably" to "the illegal acts of the Plaintiff," is the same as the part of the judgment of the court of first instance.
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
