The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) the Defendant: (b) around 17:00 on July 14, 2017 to the victim C (51) (a) who did not have a good reputation in the independent park of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (c) and (d) the independent Kudong apartment 115 (115).
At the same time, violence was committed against the victim by walking the victim's her son at several times with his her son.
2. The case where the victim was present at the court as a witness on July 24, 2018 and the case where the victim dismissed the indictment for non-prosecution of punishment (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
