On December 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of acquiring stolen goods, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 8, 2014.

The Defendant was willing to re-purchase the aforementioned mobile phone from a taxi passenger who purchased a mobile phone or stolen mobile phone in the taxi to sell it to C (hereinafter “D”) who is the upper line.

1. On September 2012, the Defendant proposed to pay 10,000 won per unit when selling stolen cell phones through the Defendant at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, upon the Defendant’s request from E, a seller of stolen mobile phones, “The market that purchases lost phones is prevented, and the location where the lostphone is purchased.”

On September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received three mobile phones owned by the victims from E, in accordance with the aforementioned proposal; (b) sold the said three mobile phones to the said “D” at a price of 1030,000 won on September 18, 2012; and (c) transferred the remainder one million won to the Agricultural Cooperative account designated by E, with the knowledge of the fact that the said three mobile phones were stolen.

From that time to July 2, 2013, the Defendant received the E’s request through 25 times as shown in the annexed crime list I, and sold the total of 198 mobile phones purchased by E in the above manner to the above “D” at KRW 60,871,000, and arranged for the transfer of stolen goods.

2. On March 2013, the Defendant suggested that the Defendant pay KRW 10,00 per unit when selling stolen cell phones through the Defendant, upon receiving a request from H, which is a mobile phone purchaser of H, “The sales market for the use of cellphones was prevented, and the location where the lost phone is discovered.”
