On April 6, 2014, at around 06:45, the Defendant reported 112 that there was a person who was awarded a license within the main station while drinking alcohol within the “D main station” located within the Busan Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant expressed a bath to the effect that “I will late dwarf,” on the ground that F of the police station affiliated with the Busan Young-do Police Station Epis were dispatched to the site, and that “I will late dwarf, I will late dwarf,” and the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crimes and the maintenance of order of F on the ground that he was dispatched to the site at the latest.
