B. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on March 16, 2012 (hereinafter “instant adjudication of expropriation”): Each land indicated in the column for “land indication” in the table (hereinafter “each land of this case”) and each obstacle in the column for “type, structure, and specification of goods” (hereinafter “each obstacle in this case”) in the separate sheet (site) under the following, in which the Plaintiffs shared 1/2 shares: As regards each of the land of this case, compensation for each obstacle in the separate sheet is indicated in the column for “amount of expropriation by Plaintiff” (hereinafter “each obstacle in this case”): As regards each obstacle in the separate sheet (total 4,78,852,210 won), and as to each of the obstacles in this case, the separate sheet for compensation for each obstacle in the separate sheet is as indicated in the column for “amount of compensation”).

(Total 1,738,979,100 won): - The date of commencement of expropriation: April 16, 2012 - An appraisal corporation for a stock company and one appraisal corporation for a stock company.

C. The Central Land Tribunal rendered an objection on August 10, 2012 - Contents of the adjudication: The Plaintiffs’ objection against the said adjudication was dismissed in entirety.

The result of the appraisal commission to appraiser E (hereinafter referred to as the "court appraisal"): Each sea water supply facility listed in the "List of Omitted Land" laid underground in each of the instant lands, each of the obstacles of this case, and each of the above lands [the target of appraisal was omitted at the time of the ruling of expropriation, and thereafter was included in the subject of appraisal at the request of the plaintiffs during the court appraisal process, and the appraiser E assessed compensation for each of the above sea water supply facilities on the basis of the results by requesting the service to F (G) which is a specialized agency for machinery and equipment in relation to the appraisal of the amount of compensation for loss; hereinafter referred to as "influent water supply facilities").
