[Power of crime] On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at Jeju District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison on March 23, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received the text message that advance payment and credit payment from F, the owner of the above restaurant, rapidly, from F, within the E restaurant located in Jeju, on July 20, 2017; and (b) he was found in the above restaurant and caused the Defendant to have a high character of the Defendant from among the attempts in which F and the horse fighting were carried out; (c) on the ground that he was involved in the said part of G (24 years) where he was an employee in the said restaurant, on the ground that he was involved in the said part of the G (24 years).

The victim, who was on the floor, had been faced with the victim's dump by gathering the chairs on the floor, caused the victim's bump with the wall by putting him/her with the bump, and took a bridge by using him/her on the floor.

Defendant continued to go out of the country, and the victim Daa and "whether or not the victim has fled,"

The police reported the complaint to the police, flabbbling, and flabing the face with the hand floor several times.
