A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and a fine of four hundred thousand won.
When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. The crime committed on July 30, 2016;
A. On July 30, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Security Act, and the Defendant driven a non-registered No-Engine bicycle without mandatory insurance without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from a comprehensive sports ground located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
B. When the Defendant committed a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation in the light of the provisions of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation at the above date, at the above location, the Defendant: (a) stated “D”, “E” in each resident registration number column, and “E 1st floor in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Purpose of Exercising Motor Vehicle Compensation; and (b) issued two forged documents to C as above, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the authority, to use them; and (c) signed each private document, which is a private document concerning the verification of the fact; and (d) forged one notification of detection of the two-wheeled vehicle, one copy of the vehicle operation report, and one copy of the forged document to C.
2. The crime committed on August 20, 2016;
A. On August 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless Driving) and the Act on Guarantee of Compensation for Motor Vehicles on August 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a non-registered street motor bicycle that was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from the motor device driver’s license in front of a 32-gil high-risk apartment in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
B. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a non-registered nanotechnology device.
The defendant got to proceed at a speed where the time, time, and place of two ports are unknown.
Since the place has many traffic of pedestrians and many vehicles are parked, the person engaged in driving service shall be on the front side.
