The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (70 years of age) who is the other party to the lawsuit on his/her hand from the corridor front of the 3rd Dognam Branch of Suwon District Court 451, as the Sinnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the other party to the lawsuit, at around 10 Dognam-si, as the Dognam-si, Sungnam-gu, Masan-si, the other party to the lawsuit.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On December 20, 2017, after the institution of public prosecution, the victim’s expression of intention not to punish the victim.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
