Nevertheless, around March 14, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “the sale of game money” is made at a PC room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and then sent a false statement to the effect that “the payment of KRW 37,500 is to send a game money if it is paid KRW 37,50,000” to the victim Q Q who had contacted with it, and received KRW 50,000 from the victim’s bank account (JK) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

4. By up to 14.17 times, the victims were informed of total of 754,400 won as stated in the list of crimes (attached Form 2) by the same method.
