Criminal facts

Nevertheless, in March 2020, the Defendant failed to submit the changed information within 20 days from the date of the change from the “Saeong-gun A and D” to “Saong-gun C and D,” and breached its duty without justifiable grounds to the police station having jurisdiction over the domicile or residence of the resident registration within 20 days.
