1. Larceny;

A. On May 1, 2018, from around 15:00 to 16:00 of the same day, the Defendant opened a studio parking lot located on the 11-lane-dong, Guro-si, Dong-si, in which the Defendant: (a) opened a studio not set aside a vehicle of the victim C, which is parked therein; and (b) cut off with a 1,200,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession inside the vehicle.

B. On May 7, 2018, from around 15:00 to 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the Gu and owned by the victim E; and (b) cut off with a phone carrying phone with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 980,000,000, the victim’s market value inside the vehicle.

On June 11, 2018, around 03:25, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the Flux passenger car owned by the victim G; (b) 3, 2, 3, 3, 3,000,000,000,000 won in the market on which the driver’s license is included; and (c) stolen, with a credit card (Korean card, Samsung Card, Hyundai Card, and Nong Bank) owned by the victim inside the vehicle.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On June 11, 2018, at around 09:09, the Defendant ordered “J” restaurant operated by the victim I located in the G of the G, G, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3,000, and presented to the victim as if he/she had legitimate right to use, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount from the victim, and illegally using the stolen credit card.

B. On June 11, 2018, at around 09:16, the Defendant purchased a “M” unit operated by the Victim L in G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the G in the face of 16,000 won at the market price, and completed a stolen credit card (Mo card)
