1. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s thief, with a copy of the Agricultural Credit Card Co., Ltd., owned by the victim, between the victim and the victim who was divingd, from around 15:00 on February 25, 2016 to around 601.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On February 25, 2016, around 16:50, the Defendant presented the stolen credit card under the name of the Plaintiff F, as described in paragraph (1), to the effect that the Defendant had allowed the said victim to prepare a sales pre-sale slip of KRW 450,00 equivalent to the value of 15 square meters by using the said credit card, and then used the stolen credit card by signing and delivering it on the said sales slip, and acquired property profits equivalent to KRW 450,000 from the injured party.

B. On the same day, the Defendant purchased goods from the “J Mart” operated by the victim I located in H in Busan-si, 16:58 on the same day, and used a stolen credit card in the same manner as referred to in the above paragraph (a), and received goods worth KRW 20,100 in total from the victims.

At around 16:59 on the same day, the Defendant purchased one destroyed gift set at the same place as above B, and used a stolen credit card in the same way as above B, and received goods worth 11,000 won at the market price from the injured party.
