1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on October 9, 2014 as the due date for repayment on November 30, 2014; however, the Plaintiff claims the loan and the delayed payment damages on the Defendant’s failure to repay the loan by the due date for repayment. 2. Grounds are based on service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
