When the accused obtained the personal information of the owner of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 108 Dong 1301 and the sales documents of the above apartment, the accused attempted to sell the above apartment by pretending D and to acquire the purchase price of the apartment from the purchaser, and conspired with E and specific methods of crime.

On October 2007, the Defendant: (a) received the F introduced from E and received the resident registration certificate and seal of D as Kwikset service; (b) obtained the certificate and seal of D using it; (c) forged the certificate and seal of D; and (d) placed the above certificate and seal to “F” by forging the certificate and seal of D.

On October 5, 2007, the above “F” entered into an apartment sales contract in which the victim H by holding the above certificate of the personal seal impression, etc. at G coffee stores located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport and deceiving the victim H by doing so, and received KRW 30 million as the down payment at the seat, and received KRW 170 million as the intermediate payment around October 8, 2007.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E and one-person “F”, by deceiving the victim, and obtained a total of KRW 200 million from the victim for the purchase price, by deceiving the victim.

B. The Defendant in collusion with E to induce the victim H as described in the above paragraph (a) is in the column for delegation reasons, such as “I”, “The Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J”, “for submission of insurance company”, and “for the purpose of use” in the column for delegation in the letter of delegation at the new Dong office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, 104-35 around October 5, 2007.
