2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deeming a confession [the defendant is served with the original payment order, and a written objection was submitted. However, the written objection submitted by the defendant only contains the purport of objection against the payment order, and does not contain any indication of dispute over the plaintiff's assertion. Since the defendant did not appear on the date for pleading without submitting a written response, it is deemed that all the plaintiff's assertion was led to the confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989).
