A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
Nevertheless, Defendant A purchased a game machine from “OK money prize” and an unspecified individual, and had the game machine acquired through the game machine with the network’s scam in exchange for money to the above B to raise profits.
Therefore, around December 6, 2011, Daegu-gu C lending 102/102: (a) deposited KRW 50,000 in the name of the National Bank account (E.) used by the above B, and deposited KRW 339,09,790,000 in total with the total account of the above D’s national bank account; (b) connected the Internet game room and opened the game money corresponding to the above amount from B; (c) connected the Internet game site using the purchased game money; and (d) re-sale the game money acquired through the Internet game to B to an unspecified number of individuals and the unspecified persons; and (d) from November 19, 201 to February 20, 2015, the amount equivalent to KRW 39,09,790 in total with the deposit of KRW 309,79,90 in the account of the above D’s national bank account; and (d) transferred the same to 30,500,000 won in total.
As a result, the suspect was engaged in the business of returning game money, which is the result obtained through the use of game water.
