1. The defendant is due to sale and purchase on August 16, 2007 with respect to each of the 1/2 shares in the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on August 16, 2007, purchased 1/2 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet from Defendant and C as KRW 260,000,000, respectively, among the real estate listed in the separate sheet. As such, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff on August 16, 2007.
