A. The Plaintiff is a mutual aid business entity that entered into a motor vehicle mutual aid agreement with the Switzerland Tax Co., Ltd. with respect to the taxi vehicles for D business use (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”). The Defendants are those who suffered injury due to a collision with the Plaintiff vehicle.

B. On December 9, 2014, around 03:35, the driver C of the Plaintiff’s vehicle driven the Olympic Games located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul as a new distribution channel, along the five-lanes of the five-lanes from the distribution intersection to the distribution intersection. On the other hand, the driver of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, in violation of the prohibition of change of lanes on the four-lanes of the vehicle’s left side by unfashing the direction of the vehicle into five-lanes of the vehicle by using the unfashing SUV vehicle that entered one-lanes of the vehicle, in violation of the prohibition of change of lanes on the four-lanes of the vehicle’s side, and the safety wings installed between four and five-lanes of the road, and the direction of the road’s right side side is shocked, and the part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle is shocked to the right side of the road, and the two-lanes of the vehicle is shocked to avoid collision between the road.
