【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 18, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B around 02:35, which came to the victim B’s residence in the Seocho-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and had three copies of the passbook owned by the victim B, who intruded the said residence through the gate and the entrance, and stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.

On April 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D’s Fame car parked in an unreshioned state on the roads adjacent to the Seocho-gu, Changwon-si; (b) opened the door of the vehicle; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s right of free will worth KRW 4,000, and KRW 40,000, in cash, owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On June 28, 2020, the Defendant discovered a car from the victim G G, who was parked in the unreshed state on the front side of the J-gu, Jindong-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province around 03:00 on June 28, 2020, and opened a door of the vehicle and brought a tobacco equivalent to KRW 6,000 in cash owned by the victim, and KRW 36,00 in the market price.
