A. On June 28, 2018, the Plaintiff lent KRW 100 million to the Defendant 5% of the interest per month and due date on June 30, 2019.

B. The Defendant did not pay the agreed interest and did not pay the said money even after the due date.

2. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 10 million won and interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum under the Interest Limitation Act from June 28, 2018 to the date of full payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
