The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act in collusion with D, at the same time, at the same place as the foregoing “A,” and at the same time and place, Defendant A used a stolen credit card by means of a credit card with a national bank owned by Defendant A, which was stolen as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), and by paying 130,000 won and the amount of an known share with a credit card as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1), and Defendant D signed each sales slip.
