A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won on January 30, 2009 at the Daegu District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On May 31, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of two million won as a fine for the same crime. On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on July 20, 201.
1. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant driven Cone Star Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1km from the front of the GTF Si office to the front of the KTF Si office located in the GTW Si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si without obtaining a driver’s license on May 29, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.117%.
