1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 22,665,400 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from February 22, 2012 to October 12, 2015; and (b) October 13, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1).
