A. On November 19, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant to pay KRW 300,000,000,000, including fees of KRW 100,000 on November 30, 2014.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 equivalent to the principal of the loan out of the above agreed amount, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from June 4, 2015 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff, after the above payment date.
