On October 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from around 19:00 to around 18:00 on November 1, 2016, the road located in front of the Defendant’s house located in North-U.S. B; (b) the Defendant did not refuse to enter one’s house; and (c) the village residents, who are not good in ordinary appraisal, did not refuse to pass the said road; (d) obstructed traffic by means of connecting the structure that was made by the hacks and hack pipes between the hacks in the two edges of the said road with a view to obstructing the passage of the said road by many and unspecified persons on the ground that they want to pass the road.
