If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from May 201 to April 2012, 201, removed existing buildings (eight houses and two stables) located in the relevant site to construct Class 1 neighborhood living facilities in B from May 201 to April 2012, a construction waste discharger shall prepare a construction waste disposal plan and report it to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the site where the waste occurred, in accordance with Article 17(1) of the Construction Waste Recycling Promotion Act.
